We offer a 30 day return policy for our products. In case of factory defects or damage, we will replace the product for you or provide refund once item is returned. When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging’s and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it and we shall send you a returns label for either Royal Mail or Hermes Parcel Shop drop off. You will be required to cover shipping for any unwanted items or were you have not read the listing description properly. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30-day limit has expired.
If you find that you have a missing piece or pieces then we can only apologise as this is will be a manufacturer problem and not our’s and we will always be on hand to assist you.
